I have used magnesium and omega oils in the past. I am currently using tumeric but I will try to add the mag and omega oils again.

also what kind of Turmeric? i heard experts/doctor once say "turmeric in the grocery store is not that good or effective for joints or soreness, " he said we need a specific type of Turmeric to see the results, not sure which one but something like golden Turmeric ...
