Excellent 👌lecture. If you want to sleep stop giving a fuck about not sleeping. Don’t worry about next day. Your performance or how you will look like. Don’t manage your schedule according to your sleep. Do what you planned no matter what. I did it several years ago and that worked. Be brave everyone.

I am struggling with chronic Insomnia for years and using medications and have to change it and try something new.Nothing helps anymore. Thank you so much it all make so much sense.I am definitely going to try these shifts.

Omg !!! I feel like this man came from another planet or God sent to save people around who is suffering. I'm having insomnia for 3 yrs and still struggling . And all my struggling you had put in your entire video where I can see my behaviour in the video . Not sure how i can improve keeping my hope alive that you gonna help me here watching all ...

I really appreciate this video. Your explanation makes a lot of sense. I have tried pills and just ended up increasing the amount of pills I took until I just quit them altogether. I think the video is too long. Someone needs to help edit it with you.

Thank you for your detailed analysis of this worldwide problem. You absolutely defined my problem of consciously monitoring whether I was dropping off to sleep and then jolting me awake just as I’m about to sleep. Such a frustrating feeling and I just never understood why it was happening.

I haven't slept well in 35 yrs. It started when I entered peri-menopause. No hot flashes, just stopped sleeping. I just found your channel & I hope I can use the information.

I faithfully use my CPAP every night, take melatonin around 8pm every night. Comfortable sleep number bed.
I have been fighting fatigue & exhaustion for over 15 years. It has not only affected my life, this exhaustion has ruled my life since 2007!!!

This video is more about SELLING their couching service than anything else. Look up sleep hygiene and follow the protocol that doctors actually say would work to get your circadian rhythm back to sleeping. Also, for women in menopause get your hormones looked at that, that has helped me 100%. Men have a sleep study done to make sure you do not have sleep apnea please!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Look into supplements, such as magnesium, potassium, glycine, inositol, ashwaganha that will help your system to relax. Watch your caffeine and alcohol. Get out into the sunshine, ground yourself on your lawn. Stop for a moment and just appreciate yourself and life. Blessings to all🙏🏼🥰
