It's pretty self-explanatory, we'll be working on poses that build strength & challenge our balance. Be sure to listen to your body & modify as needed. Modifications for wrists (I can't put a lot of weight on mine rn):
✨When you're doing the wrist stretches in table top I sit up, hands at heart center and alternate gently pushing my right fingertips away and down and then my left
✨Instead of down dog I do dolphin
✨Instead of plank I do a forearm plank
Hope that helps anyone with wrist issues like me💖

I agree this was challenging, but I was able to do it. This practice got my heart energized, I was able to do the balancing portions(which are difficult for me) and I was able to do the pull ups and hold (planks). I’ll be 69 on my birthday and I’ve been doing yoga for a few years, but many positions are still hard. I’m a true yogi with marginal skills 😅. I’ve even tried to recruit family and friends to your channel. Thanks Nico, I appreciate you. May God continue to bless you and your channel. Prayers Peace and Love.

Although I have not been able to keep up with every day like the prior challenges due to my father passing on new year’s day, I’m thankful that this challenge is here for me when I need it & can get it done! Such a great way to clear my mind & get in that self care. Thank you Nico! ✌🏾💜

I was able to do it but I need a lil break lol me trying to do 4 videos in one day because I’m behind. That long last plank almost got me but pushed through! Thankyou Nico!

This was very challenging and I loved it. My upper body is getting stronger and I am so happy. One of my goals this year is to increase my upper body strength and have arms and a back that resembles yours 😊. I know consistency is the key. Thanks again for helping us kick start our new year!!!
