Ahh! My husband helped me out tonight and took our son to his class at church, so I was able to workout! Day 9 complete! It annoys me that I could do squat after squat after squat, but I could not do the bridge march. I could only go up and down. I have obviously missed out on variety with other workouts. Thank you for caring about us!

It's taken me a couple of days to do this one - just finding 30 minutes - but I did enjoy it. It's the right level of challenge for me because I can feel the effects but it's not beyond what I can do. Good job you keep reminding me to breathe too! 😊

Hi! I'm still here on day nine. The workouts have been great, but it's been hard because I'm used to doing so much more. But I'm healing and it's been good to slow down and really pay attention to how I'm doing the exercises. Today it felt good to add some weight.
