Thanks so much! I’ve really been having to work on this part in my Hydrotherapy class. I do practice different ways at home and this was one was the WINNER for the best stretching of my back, and hips, of all of them!

I do a combination of back/body stretch and then lay face down on the ball for lower back stretch for full spinal traction 2-3 times a week.
