Crying right now. My whole life I have always struggled with binge eating. I struggled with bulimia for many years as well. I now struggle with eating when I know I'm not hungry, then I eat till I'm sick. I ignore my full signals and disregard portions. I eat out of habit and feel the need because if I don't eat while I'm on lunch what if I'm starving and get weak throughout the day before I can get home from work? That's always the thought that goes through my head.

I lost 10 pounds for the first time in years and I gained it all back within 2 weeks. Please pray for me. I'm struggling so hard. I have started binge eating again. My bank account is paying for it as well as my health.

Just sitting here while kids are asleep. Was in bed then started watching some videos on YouTube. Ended up going into the kitchen and ate some food I did not need to eat. It is February... I know come April and May I want to be at a much smaller weight and size. I want to feel comfortable and confident wearing normal clothes and not be so darn self conscious. I KNOW I need to just stop eating when stressed it's such a crazy feeling. I did end up losing 55 lbs after my second baby and a lot of it came off after going gluten free and felt amazing! No cravings but when it was Christmas time I went back to eat normal foods again and guess what I gained 10lbs back already! I hope to get back on track for me ams my family. This video has helped so much and I keep coming back to it. When ever I listen to it consistently I have more control over my binge eating. It's really the best one I found. I love your soft voice and gentle reminder of connecting to how we feel in our bodies. I also love that it's not too long so I'm able to listen to it in the morning before work and it sets me up for success with my food choices for the day. Thank you 💙

I am still working and I should be retired by now. I work a swing shift and get off at 11 PM, when I get off work I feel like I have been missing out so I eat when I'm not hungry. I need a surgery so I can't ride my bike or excersize like I want. I do think this meditation will help me get back on track.

Food has been my nemesis all my life I get very confused why food is so hard for me and yet I let go of three packs of cigarettes a day alcohol, drugs, bulimia however where food is concerned it’s as if I hit one wall after another I have had therapy I have had Hypnosis meditation and it just keeps hanging around
My hope is that I can find the same peace with food that I have with cigarettes alcohol and drugs
