FAT burning Kettlebell workout! each movement is for 30 seconds with a 15 second rest. One round has 9 exercises in, once the 9 are done you get 1 minute rest between each round. 3 rounds to complete for the full 20 minute workout.

10KG = Beginner
12KG = Intermediate
16KG = Advanced

If you struggle or need a break: don't worry about it. Take a small rest, get something to drink & continue once you're ready :) most important is that you don't quit and push yourself.

I wanted to thank you for your work! I love your videos. I started kettlebell training 3 months ago and I love it. It's so much more fun than traditional weight training.
I've got a question: do all these exercises build muscle volume too? I suppose it depends on the weight of the kettlebell.
