I will do this! I’m pretty sure I might have metatarsalgia in both feet, as my pain starts in the balls of my feet and radiates from there.Would these exercise still be effective? Do you have any other videos for metatarsalgia?

Thanks! Is there a link for the Pilates for runners video? I had to quit my HIIT classes because I have so much pain in my heels and feet and sometimes calf.
