I love your videos Autumn. Only suggestion I would make, if I may, is to not look at yourself in the camera a lot, rather keep your eyes "on us", makes the viewer feel super engaged.

Does it matter what time you go to bed as long as you get 8 or more full hours of sleep? Like ill go to bed at 12 or 1 am in the morning or even later lol but sleep in and get plenty of sleep the next day lol

I don’t understand... Keto coffee while fasting? Keto coffee (butter & coconut oil) has a lot of calories... I thought I wouldn’t want to have calories during a fast or a.m. I missing something?

I am coffe sensitive :( I also love my carbs. how much starchy carbs can I have per day? Please keep up the amazing work love ur videos. I am a researcher myself, have done everything on my body but not major progress yet. I guess should cut more carbs
