Recap, walking, stretch lying down, raise both legs, lemon juice, postures,supine position, bending legs towards chest, relaxing postures like prone positionand could be child position, relaxing dead posture in Yoga, notice which food is causing u bloating, chew well and eat slowly and less amount.Thank you

1. Walking (with every 10 steps move your stomach in and out thrice every 10 sec)
2. Hastpadangushtasna (inhale 3 sec, hands up, exhale 3 sec, legs up)
3. Lemon juice
4. Pavanmuktasana
5. Makarasana

1. Walking ( in each 10 steps, try to put your abdomen in and out thrice, repeat 3 times)
2. HAsthpadangusthasan ( inhale, raise both hands up, exhale, raise both legs up) - if backache, only raise one leg, not both
3. Lemon Juice
4. Pabanamuktasan ( lie on you mat, inhale deeply, exhaling bend your legs towards your tummy)
