When I say right on time, I'm telling you! So I was down the whole day with a debilitating sinus headache, much like my migraines. I could feel the inflammation and mucus it just wasn't moving. I put peppermint oil on my sinus points and lymph nodes. I chewed some ginger, both got things moving a little but the pressure stayed hard and steady. I continued trying a host of other remedies, nothing worked. I finally took an ibuprofen 800 just to be able to sit u, but kept my left eye closed all day. Well here we go again this morning! Adding to the pressure today my ears😭. My guy the doc just hooked me up. If you haven't tried these exercises do it. Fluid is draining from nose & throat and the left eye is open. I also get a q-tip dip it in lavender and put it around the edge of my nostrils works wonders with the remedies. You can use peppermint oil as well, but only put it on the bridge between you're nostrils, cause of it's potency. Thanks Doc!

The 1st few times I did it, I felt nothing & thought it was just another one of those things that didn’t work. Maybe the 4th or 5th time I did the whole routine/cycle it helped! It didn’t feel like a sinus drain to me but the pressure was relieved ❤
