Sinus Rinse Animation

This animation demonstrates how a sinus or nasal rinse works to clean out the nasal passages. Performed using saltwater, sinus rinses are very helpful for patients who suffer from allergies or frequent sinus infections.

LOL...boy, did I ever make a mess the first time I did this. I had no clue the water was going to come out the opposite nostril and when it happened, I laughed hysterical. Spewed water all over myself and it burned like you can't imagine. But i love this rinse...it helps SO much.

Make sure your mouth is open and never use faucet water. This stuff is amazing and if you have acid reflux, this will help so much!

I’d had ear infections, tonsillitis, then repeat sinus infections . . . a pharma rep at my allergist’s office suggested Alkalol rinses after repeated doses of antibiotics. Cleaned out my head and really cut down on infections (along with allergy shots).

I was skeptical about the effectiveness but at the same time desperate enough to try it.
The first time is absolutely horrible but don't give up just yet! Give it a go a few times.
It works very very well! My sinuses don't hurt anymore and that under 24h

I use this every time and it always unblocks my stuffy nose. I recommend heating it in the microwave for about 25-30 secs! 100% recommended.

after having piturity surgery through my nose this is a great way to remove mucus and blood clots from the nasal passage. it helps to stop infections and bad odour. do not use tap water. only use new un opened still bottled water.

In winter I used warm salty water to rinse off all mucos

Once l was at the lake trying to learn how to swim and the water got deep in my nose, boy l could not believe how much stuff it cleaned and came out, just do it and it will be done after all it is only temporary discomfort and you will have clean sinuses free of polution@@!!! ❤😊❤

While doing it keep your head tilted down never breathe through your nose, keep your mouth open and breathe through your mouth and dont forget to sterilize the bottle before using it, it will help you alot getting rid of mucus..
