I have a SEVERE sinus infection and NOTHING has given me any relief for 2 whole days (with the exception of a hot rag relieving ONE side every so often but within mins, it's clogged AGAIN) I just did both of these techniques, and I can breathe a little out my left side, which is MAJOR. Gonna repeat it a few times and see if I can clear this side completely and HOPEFULLY the right side. It's be awesome if you made a full video with all your unlogging/unstuffing techniques 😊😊 thanks so much for sharing!
