Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🤍

▸ equipment: pair of dumbbells (I am using 2x 7,5 + 2x 10kg for your reference), a mat is recommended

Can't wait to complete this one! All body strength with a little bit of cardio is my favorite. Wish there were more all standing routines from you. However, I can replace any floor work with a different exercise. ❤🎉
