Explanations:-
1)Since the baby wants to be an astronaut, the narrator's child took the plastic bag and covered the baby's face with it. So the baby will likely suffocate to death if not found quick enough.

2)Time is frozen for everyone but the narrator, and the frozen people know it and are just willing for the narrator to save them.

3)The narrator's mama became a ghost and is now watching over the narrator from the ceiling fan.

4)The are two possibilities:-
A)There was once a proposal to put the Nuclear launch codes inside of a person's chest cavity so whenever they need to launch the nukes, they'd have to kill someone. So it could be that the President killed that person and launched the Nukes, just like Ouwlikinz proposed. Because of this, the targeted country is also attacking the President's country with nukes.
Or
B)The President accidentally/purposefully killed an important person belonging to another nation because of which the other country is attacking the President's country with nukes.

For story 4, there was a proposed plan where a man would have the nuclear launch codes put inside his heart or chest, this man would accompany the president and if the president ever wanted to launch a nuke he would have to murder this man by cutting him open to get the nuclear codes, this plan was rejected.

The last story reminds me of an old creepypasta, it's a tv broadcast of an old president covered in blood and gore which continually repeats while more wounds appear

[Edit]: Found it, it's an scp. SCP 1981 is a recording of Ronald Reagan in which things change in each viewing. Usually Ronald Reagan getting severely injured from nothing.
