The guy was told to focus on the positive things in life by his therapist, he most likely had sadistic / murderous thoughts so he focused on people that were positive to murder.

For some reason they keep on picking the birthday boy to get candy from their truck, but when i was looking out the window when it was arriving.

The truck was filled with containers, which has a red bloody substance in it, A chair, Rope, and a ton of bloody weapons, Now I figured out why a huge amount of children are being kidnapped on their birthday.
