Exercises:
1️⃣ Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press 4 sets 10 reps 2-3 mins rest
2️⃣ Seated Dumbbell Alternating Front Raise 3 sets 8 reps 1-2 mins rest
3️⃣ Cable 1-Arm Side Raise 3 sets 10 reps 1-2 mins rest
4️⃣ Cable Rope Face Pulls 4 sets 10 reps 3 sec contraction hold 2-3 mins rest
5️⃣ Cable 1-Arm External Rotations 3 sets 12 reps 30secs-1min rest

Great Examples, Make sure you guys work close to failure, if 12 reps doesn’t take you close to failure then go heavier
