If you want to grow your biceps, make sure you train the short head for biceps width and a long head for bigger biceps. My training program helps you do exactly that. To target the long head, do close grip barbell curls and incline dumbbell curls. To target the short head, do wide grip barbell curls and barbell preacher curls.

Unless you're planning on competing in a bodybuilding competition, you don't need to "target" any long or short head. A simple dumbbell or barbell curl and hammer curl is all you need.

Honestly if you train hard you could really get away without not targeting the heads specifically

If I were you I'd just pick the grip the feels most comfortable, not wide or close, but everything else is true, this channel came a long way tho, all the videos used be cap I'm glad he's giving out more solid info now
