My name is Sarah and I am a certified health coach & yoga teacher. I was born in Germany but am currently living at the beach in Italy.
After a major knee injury a few years ago I discovered yoga for myself. It not only helped me to recover and integrate mindful movements into my life, but also taught me to slow down, live life in balance with myself and how to nourish my body in the best way possible.
My goal is to make health & nutrition simple and to share that with as many people as possible.
