It is funny how lots of people only sleep few hours a day these days, they say they don't need much sleep and then they have many mental and emotional problems, body pains, low energy and fatigue.I really wonder what causes that.

My schedule starts to drift the very first day of vecation. The moment i know i don't have to get up early, i wont. Got to be at around 3-4 am and get up at 11 to 12 healthy amount of sleep but fucked in terms of when. And there's no time i feel better than when i sleep in that way despite all the tricks you can use with light ect. No all sleep schedules deviating from the norm are bad is what i'm trying to say. If you have issues sleeping or feel bad when you get up, change stuff, else don't.

I love sleeping during the day. I wake up rested and happy. When I sleep at night I wake up many time, startled and in the morning I feel tired. Can you explain that?

So what are you do you have somebody you constantly sleeps in late in the morning doesn't get up to 10:11 in the morning is that also that sign of somebody who might have it depression?
