I was too broke to eat for a week once and it didn't feel like fasting, it just felt like starving 🙃 😅 😂 🤣

I can't believe it, but fasting propelled me into an a level of awareness and consciousness I've never experienced before. I used to worry way too much and now I know that whatever happens, I'll figure it out. I can turn every negative into a positive.

I have been intermittently fasting for over a year and I love it. I do a 16/8 hour window. I kept my weight down, sleep better and clarity and productivity have spiked. The thing I really had to adjust at first is to get out of the mindset of eating a ton of food in my 8 hour window and start to eat healthier. I went to two healthy meals a day with lots of water and once I got use to that, it all fell into place.

Fasting has been overall transformative. I feel 27 at 37. Have been doing IF intermittently for a decade now! 🙏🏼

I always thought that eating so much just interferes with my daily life... Knowing this is a blessing.

After 5 days without eating, my hunger is completely gone and my brain is working on another level altogether. I have been there 3 times and I suspect that the clarity of thinking is a survival mechanism.

The honesty of this! I am AuDHD and was always overweight. I went through a tumultuous few years and have come out the other side with, what I like to call, "leveling up owers". I'm not hungry, thirsty, first it was AMAZING. I'd kill for normalcy at this point.

Fasting feels so relaxing and the first bite of food has much more value

I do enjoy the days I fast until dinner. Other days, it feels like the day is over once I eat.

This is very true for me. I no longer feel hunger the way I used to.

I like fasting because it saves money. It's 5 pm and I still got my $20 = Dopamine boost

We have to be very careful, fasting is not for everyone, people with eating disorders for example. I was recovering from one and I tried fasting again, something I've been doing for years in a spiritual matter, it really hurt me, physically and mentally.

I love fasting but I also love eating 😊😅

Truthfully fasting is the best thing for all sorts of benefits but it’s important to not over do it many experts say this

In ramadan we have a fixed fasting window and I always go through the cycle "I like this focus to im starving" when the time finally comes to break the fast ... euphoric
