Would love to hear more about how can we make social connections better in a world where everyone is keeping themselves isolated including me. It feels like this thing is hampering the other things too.

i completely agree agree with Andrew on everything, except the social isolation. spent weeks and sometimes months, intentionally away from all humans. never been healthier, more energetic and done my sh better than during those times. social connection matters only to a certain type of people... what's the % of "loners" that's necessary for the humanity? and then on top, what's the % needed of psychopaths ( 2 different topics but)... if those traits/types were not needed in humanity, those would've gone extinct.

Also, #6, throw in some Jordan Peterson, you have to have something to aim at, to work towards.. hurdles to overcome, this to accomplish. Can be as small and simple as ...well...cleaning your room

I have several autoimmune issues/disorders so pretty much all of them apply. I was a nurse, active outdoors and then at about 48 (61 now) they started getting worse until I’m pretty much always alone, walking is with a walker, everyone I know left including husband and family, driving is a challenge because of pain. Oh and my beloved sleep disorder, I’ve gone up to 5 days without sleep and it’s beyond horrible and makes everything worse. Now I usually go 2 or 3 days without sleeping if I’m in a flare up otherwise I get pieces of sleep totaling about 4 hours a night or less. The combination of all of these disorders is awful, lonely, exhausting, and God help me if I get a flare up or my emotions are going crazy or it rains (especially a cold rain)!!! And fibo fog makes me feel like an idiot who can’t put a simple sentence together. And I have 2 college degrees, was working on a 3rd. And people are so cruel! They can be very condescending and hateful, so just because they know your weaknesses. Sorry for rambling. Anyway, I so wish I could do any of those things much less all. But I agree, all are necessary for any kind of life.

Sleep!! 😢😢 I suffered from such severe sleep deprivation I think it ruined my brain! For ten years I never slept everyday and usually did not sleep unless I had been awake at least 24 hours and usually much longer. 2-3 days awake was common, a few times 5 days without sleep. 2.5 years ago I started taking vitamin D & lived in a small apartment with big windows on South, East & West sides. About 2 months of taking vitamin D, I started to get sleepy/drowsy every night!! Where your eyelids feel so heavy & you close them for a second and when you open them an hour has passed LOL it had been so long since I felt that type of normal sleepiness I didn't know what was happening at first!!! 😳😳 Several other health symptoms I had also disappeared. Sam was related to sleep deprivation but others were related to a vitamin D deficiency! All those years, so many Doctors & tests and I just needed sunlight and vitamin D. Doctors never seem to consider nutritional deficiencies, so I recommend people think about their diet and sunlight exposure & add individual supplements, one at a time, so you know for sure which one is actually helping! For me it's vitamin D, magnesium, B6 and zinc, with a Doctor also potassium. Most people with potassium deficiencies can bring it up with diet alone.
It actually changed my life!

The homeless don't sleep, around here. And they wake up every one else with their loud music and other crazy shenanigans. They should be the most successful people on earth. 😅
