Great social connections are quite underrated. I spent two and a half years of college without anyone that I particularly liked hanging out with and my mental health suffered, I would grab any excuse to skip class and stay home in my bed, I would put minimal effort on my assignments as I would be solely focused on not failing, and after getting home, i would doom scroll endlessly. Now with only a year left, I've found a great friend that I love hanging out with, and I love discussing my assignments with her and getting her feedback, I reach campus an hour before my classes start, I stay late to finish my work on time, and after three years of inconsistency, I've finally started working out again!

I like the way he thinks. It doesn't have to be difficult. I learned how important these tips are a long time ago. I'm 71 and Thank God I'm in pretty good shape!
