I don't understand how they always tear at the same time when it's separate arms

My fiancee and myself were in a horrible car accident June 10, 2022 we were in fast lane at complete stop and so was the other 2 lanes. It had been stop and go from Sacramento to Stockton California so about 30+ miles. We were slammed from behind as the driver wasn't paying attention to the traffic around him. He was going pass the speed limit of 55 mph. No or usually drivers don't drive the speed limit in the fast lane. So my husband had sprained his shoulder a long before the crash and at the time of being hit from behind my fiancee braced himself by putting his hands on the dash board and then it happened his bicep was torn his ligaments were torn and his tendons were torn thank God he had MRI and ct scans and X-rays of the areas before the accident and then after wards so we can sue the man responsible for his injuries and his insurance. My fiancee had to wait till February 14, 2023 to have his surgeries to repair his bicep and tendons and ligaments.for almost a year he wasn't able to use his arm. I had to help him with everything. And he is my actual caregiver for the state of California. He continued to work but didn't slowly. My poor fiancee he is such an awesome fiancee, step Father, pet owner, friend just all around great human. I was also injured in my back and neck and knees.

What if the actual bicep muscle has a tear not the tendon ??

I had to get reconstructive surgery after this happened to me. I waited a little too long. Trying to rebuild my bicep and shorten the gap.

Doesn’t the biceps brachii technically have two attachments near the elbow? Since it inserts at the radial tuberosity and at the bicipital aponeurosis, from which it joins with the fascia of the forearm

It will rupture if you do a lot of negative training. How come you don't say that "dr" that would never happen if that guy didn't go slow on the way down.

Don't do negative training.
