🤍 Welcome to Day 9 🤍
Today is a day of self-recognition.
You are called to look at and make a list of 5 things that you think are limiting you.
Look at your attitude, behaviours, thoughts, patterns, emotions, self-care style, belief system and other things that can be there to sabotage your wishes and don't allow you to get what you really want, both materialistic and non materialistic.
Look at yourself in a loving way. You are not making yourself feel bad because of them, rather look at these issues with responsibility and awareness. Look dispassionately as you would on another, and look compassionately, as you look on your limited self.
This clarity will allow you to transform those limitations.
Concentrate and go as deep as you can. Feel in your heart what these limitations really are. It is an important practice, but do it with a light touch!
With it, listen to today's meditation. If you are able to listen to it 3 times - that will be a gift! It starts a wave of teaching about effortless creation.
