Hi Everyone,
Welcome to Day 9 of the 21 Day Pranayama Challenge!

The techniques we will practice today are:
1. Yogic Breathing
2. Bhastrika Pranayama
3. Chandra Bhedana Pranayama
4. Anulom Vilom Pranayama ( 1:1:1 ratio)
5. Bhramari Pranayama

i am loving how this challenge is helping me deepen my awareness of my breath and helping me release and restore with conscious love❤ seriously the favorite part to my day i’m already getting sad thinking about this challenge being over 🥹❤️‍🔥 but that’s the real test, then i can make my own daily practice with this integrated wisdom 🙏🏼 so much love xx

Took a break yesterday, and today I am back.. With much more happy mind! I love how doing this the second time.. Makes me feel all the strength that was build during the first 21 days!
I feel like I am able to intake better oxygen! And I am able to hold better..and surly relax a lot better that what I used to..
I don't really know where will this take me.. But I am surly enjoying this process of practising pranayama everyday!!!! 🧡
