In this video, I perform a full body workout and talk about how important patience is to making progress. You can perform this full body workout twice a week or even 3 times a week. Full body workouts 3 times a week are how I built my strength and put on size. I just come out to my garage gym and get to work.

Nice to see someone doing full body workouts. I've been doing them a long time but listening to a lot of roiders and training emotionally tend to get me over trained really quick which has been limiting my progress for a long time. My strongest lifts have always been the ones I've put the least effort into as a result.

Your strength is crazy as always. But the most impressive thing about your workouts is that you're able to do heavy compounds deep into your workout seemingly without effect. It doesn't seem to matter what order you put the exercise, you're still able to hit the same weights and reps.

Also, another question I had. How do you program deadlifts in your routine because they are extremely taxing. Do you do them each workout or just one workout a week. Sorry for all the questions. I just find your approach to training really interesting and want to try it out myself. It really resonates with me

What grip width do you recommend for bench? I noticed you take quite a close grip but I’ve heard that wider is better for chest. However wider grips can be difficult on the shoulders

When you do the same exercise 3 times a week on fullbody training, do you aim to progress each time. For example, say I get 225 for 4 on bench on Monday, on Wednesday do I try and go for 5 or is it possible to gain strength this quickly.

Do you think 8-12 sets per muscle group per week is too much. I’m currently doing this with 3 fullbody workouts per week
