Bro just want to let you know you’re such a big influence to me. As a fellow redhead my friends keep telling me redheads just shouldn’t workout and I should just stay skinny, but after I found your channel about 2 months ago it gave me so much confidence to work out again and made me want to work harder towards my goal. So thank you so much!

I would really love if u do a beginner level how to start working out typo video..where you give a a couple of beginner exercise...and continue it as a series..like follow beginner stuff for 2-3 weeks then advance with time....as someone who wants to start but is getting constantly shut down by "how to start what to do" type of questions...it would be really beneficial

Based on my personal experience, I have noticed good gains by performing two simple exercises in a superset.
3 sets of
8 reps of incline hammer curls at 55-65 degrees (max weight)
20 reps of barbell curls 1/2 the max weight)

I also incorporate pull-ups when I'm doing back exercises

Also, chin-ups at home whenever I feel like it, aiming to do a total of 50 throughout the day, in sets of 5x10 or 6x8, or however I prefer to do them.

The biggest key to bicep/tricep development is tempo - controlling the eccentric portion of the movement will give you faster results than anything else. In fact, if you’re doing back workouts correctly, there’s very little bicep work needed. I hit arms directly maybe once every couple weeks.

It’s honestly crazy how similar I look to your old physique, Im working hard to look and obtain your physique as of now since I’ve been skinny my whole life. If it goes well I’ll make sure I tell everyone your the guy who gave the advice I really needed to change.

Incorporating drop sets was an absolute game changer, especially for my biceps -- add a few sets of heavy preacher curl drop sets to your arm day routine and before long your arms will be stretching your shirt sleeves.

Spider curls (I do a waiter curl with 1 dumbell) are a game changer. You can also add a couple pumps at the top of each curl to really exhaust the muscle. These curls are one of the few that really seem to make a huge difference.

Started watching your channel few weeks ago every now and then, good content. Since you've asked : i do many of these exercises for forearm, biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest & back using kettlebells only. Curls, lat raises, chest press, military press etc can also be done this way, its obviously like a dumbbell. Since i wont go to the gym this is easily done at home, you can also do step ups, weightened squats and lunges/split squats this way.

Keep it up, greetings :)

recently I've been doing dead hangs but with my arms at a 90 degree angle holding myself with my brachialis muscle for a few sets of 20-30 seconds. And then holding myself with my bicep for a few sets of 40 seconds. It's working!

Quick tip: do your reverse curls after your forearm work to get a juicy forearm pump
