I know rope pushdown might feel better but straight bar pushdown is superior when growing triceps

Add side and rear delt work to your arm days too, it’s also the best day for supersets. I prefer the “arm biased upper day” that might start with a close grip bench and some chin-ups before moving into your curls, raises and extensions.

I like to train my triceps with chest and my biceps with back I don't think it really matters that you should have an specific arm day maybe your larger muscle groups are having delayed on muscle soreness then you can try it out

for forearm: reverse curl and wrist curl, i also suggest you use pronation lift (armwrestling exercise). you tie a strap or any kind of rectangular rope like a karate belt to a bag with weights or weight plate holder.

Would really like a workout split
Bcz I wanna hit every muscle group atleast twice a week, and if I add an extra arms day, I don't know how I'd do that
(P.s I do Push Pull Leg at the moment)
