Grab a chair for this all standing knee friendly lower body workout. There are no squats or lunges and all exercises are low impact. These exercises are barre inspired and appropriate for all ages and levels including seniors and beginners. We will really work the glutes in this video!

I am turning 71 in May, and am quite active, playing golf 4 times a week. I have a right hip replacement, and have been following your exercise routines daily…sometimes a combination or chair and 10 minutes series, or a cardio strength routine. I have really noticed an improvement in my posture, strength and balance. Thank you! Love your exercise routines. ❤

This is exactly what I am looking for. Healing a stress reaction at the top of my foot near my toes. I've been looking for ways to strengthen my legs while it heals up.
