One time I was sleep walking and my dad "attempted" to pull me down so I would get out of bed (i was taking a nap on the couch during the day) and when he tried he said I pushed him to the floor and a pinned him down 😂😂 I'm actually a body builder!! In my sleep anyway

REM sleep is the stage which most dream, and to dream and not act out your dream your brain releases a chemical which essentially paralyze’s you for a short amount of time, meaning that your body is off but your mind is on.
