Not to many have welcomed the idea of intermittent fasting.. i lost 10kl in 2months. Limited my carb intake and i didnt get ravenous for the meal..
I was surprised how it really worked..

I skip breakfast, and I don’t eat past 5pm — I don’t drink soda, I do watch how much sugar I intake — I have clarity and I feel fantastic

Sorry, Dr. Tan, I disagree with you on this one.

Intermittent fasting doesn't pass the smell test for me. Before it became all the rage, it was called meal-skipping and was even considered to be a mark of anorexia.

This may sound weird, but trying to skip a meal would make me ravenously hungry and lead to binging. Worse yet, being so desperately hungry makes deep-fried foods and other nutritional train wrecks FAR more appealing than they normally are. In the future, I'll make sure to eat vegetables or other fiber-rich foods BEFORE going to a restaurant, party, etc. so I can reduce the temptation to binge on unhealthy foods.

If intermittent fasting were as essential as its biggest proponents claim, I'd be on _My 600 Pound Life_ instead of 460 pounds short of the mark.
