One exercise that was not covered was a vacuum exercise for tightening abs. Recommended for people with diastasis recti.

Solid list. I do pretty much all of those expect a few that require a special machine. Oh, and the ones that require flexibility cause I have almost none 😂.
Planks can be really easy, but I like to do weighted planks to finish off my ab workouts. Also, V pass ups with ankle weights are pretty great.

First of all, abdominal crunches/sit ups must be performed with trunk extension first then trunk flexion - you are misinforming people, the extension portion of the motion, is the eccentric load and stretch component, none of teh abdominal motions mentioned emphasize the eccentric component-not a good video at all - NEXT - The visual abdominal wall (rectus abdominus, external oblique) are not your core, they are the superficial abdominal- your core are the inner most areas (diaphragm, transverse abdominus, internal oblique, pelvic floor, quadratus lumborum, multifidus); other areas of your core are the spinal muscles thaat attach to the spine (longisimus, spinalis, etc). Next, the twist must be performed with foot/hip internal rotation (similar to a baseball swing, throwing a ball etc.); again bad information in this video.
