Mountain climbers always felt super easy until I started doing them in correct posture ☠️ now I need to take breaks in between sets coz they HURT ✋😭

That's what the internet is spreading, telling people there's a perfect body and they should work hard to achieve it
The prblm isn't in working hard, the prblm is in the idea "they have the perfect body you should have a perfect one too", there's nothing such "the perfect body "
Every body is perfect, the esencial is that your body is healthy not overweight/obese and don't work out to become 40/44kg, this is dangerous be comfortable in your body and let it grow the way it should, don't drink protein, eat eggs, meat anything.
