Thanks Cassie! I'm a Pilates instructor and I always tell my class about taking a protein drink after. Now I have a better idea how to explain which ones for my clients different needs.

my protein intake was 108 because I am trying to lose weight. I weight between 160-165 after battling cancer. The steroids and my unhealthy eating habit slowly start sneaking around the corner. I really need to rebuild lean muscle and good diets because to stay a survivor I know eating right is key and plenty of exercise. Being a single mom and med student plays a role in time. So far your videos keep my core tight but what about that muffin top and arms I need all the help I can get with my crazy schedule. Thanks for Everything Cassey Love U God Bless

My protein number is 78, need to eat more eggs and chicken breast because we don't have protein powders here where I live, I can't buy greek yogurt, protein bars, chia seeds, stevia, quinoa and many By the way, I saw buckwheat pasta here and it has 13 grams of protein in 100 grams, so should I eat it? ♥

Thank-you! I was so confused and all the videos out there just made it more confusing. I feel so much better about what I should take and what I should ask for.

I've always been a whey-protein user but have noticed it often leaves me feeling a bit bloated so have been investigating other protein types - super helpful vid, thanks Cassey!

My protein number is 70! I'm really excited to increase my consumption of protein and change my lifestyle. I have a pretty active job and lately I've also picked up swimming five nights a week. It's crazy to see the difference in my body in such a short amount of time!!! I'm looking forward to seeing what protein can do for my body!!

I need around 90 grams of protein every day. I do need to increase my intake, and lately I've been wanting to take protein shakes, but I have not tried them yet because I was afraid that it would make me bulky. I'm glad that it's not really true. I've recently started weight lifting, and I love it!

Casey instead of talking about getting enough protein, you should talk about getting enough fiber instead. 97% of Americans get enough protein, while only about 3% of Americans get enough fiber.

Mine was 81, this video was super helpful. I've been wondering if I should use protein powder for a while, I work out and I'm sore for a couple days but I feel like I'm not gaining the muscle I want to. I think protein powder could be a huge help in my daily work out. Thanks Cassy!

I calculated my fitness number in two different ways.  I just started going to the gym regularly (3 days in a row with yesterday as my rest day).  So, I wasn't sure if my activity level would remain this consistent.
I got 49 (if I had a recreational activity level) and 79 (if I had a moderate activity level).
I took protein shakes a few times, but I don't remember how my body reacted to it.  I plan to start off with 49 and work my way up.
