Great video. I’m 61 and went plant based 3 years ago. I almost immediately lost 50 pounds of fat. Then I started working out, and for the first time in my life, I’m putting on muscle. I’m starting to get that V shape in my torso and definition in my pecs. You CAN grow muscle on a whole food plant based diet!

I am amazed that I have not only been lied to all my life about nutrition, but I can't believe I fell for it for so long. I'm 81 now and healthy, eating a little bit of everything. I call myself a cheating Vegan because if I want a steak and eggs, I have them. I'm starting to reconsider my eating habits. Thank you

Alhamdulillah someone finally being non-biased or triggered whilst talking about plant based vs omnivore proteins . So sick of all the arguing man. Stop stressing about pushing opinions on people because at the end of the day it’s that stress that’s going to kill you quicker than either of these dietary regimes .

I’m currently finishing my bachelors in Food Science and Human Nutrition and this myth is still perpetuated throughout my classes. I’ve had at least three separate professors teach this as fact and it’s so frustrating.

80g of protein seems very low given when plenty of protein researchers are saying, including one you interviewed? He said that the RDA should be renamed to something more like daily minimum, not the recommendation.
