I am 88+ years old. I come from a small town Ajmer in Rajasthan India. When I was small, around 1942, my mother who was a medical practictioner ( which was very very rare in those days, Even in Europe), liked to keep cows in the residence, so that we all could get unadulterated milk, Clarified Butter(i.e. Ghee, for cooking, & consuming). We used to make Ghee at home from home made curds. At times we would curdle the milk by adding yogurt to hot milk, so that wecould get cottage cheese, called 'Paneer', for making tasty curry from it. My mother used, use the whey for kneadig the whole wheat dough, to make 'Roti'.Now after reading on YouTube about the nutritional walue of whey & whey protein, I salute the wisdom of that generation, who understood the value of milk & its products. Thaks for enlightening us.🙏

What if I don't eat enough food a day? I workout but, not much. Should I take protein powder? If so, what is best for women who dont eat much? I weigh 115 pounds lol.

You mentioned Leucine as an important substance for muscle protein synthesis, as are Isoleucine and Valine...my question is: do My Protein powders contain an adequate quantity of these? I've checked the website but can't seem to find them on the ingredients list. There is a separate BCAA supplement, though. Does My Protein consumption assume additional supplementation with BCAA's? Thank you!
