In this 40 Minute Fat Burning HIIT Workout, I take you through different movements of total body exercises with nothing but your body weight! I burned 650 calories! What can you burn?

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. My goal is to get you closer to your goals with each workout!

Half way crushed it 😭 I stopped half way through so tired and done. I came into the comments and realized how many people actually finished the workout. So I went back and finished!

Oh my goodness, I think I honestly yelled: this woman is trying to kill me on those last burpees. This was such a great challenge!

I am an active 74 year old going to be 75 in Sept so I was able to everything except side planks due to shoulder injury and arthritis and did as good of a modification of burpies as I could, but thanks for overall a great workout!

December 2022 and we're in between programs. When I woke up I said to myself that if there wasn't a program readily visible on youtube I wouldn't workout today and here we are. I had never done this program before - it was tough pushed me to my limits. CRUSHED IT!

I've spent months being unhappy with my weight and binge eating when I was stressed. Starting today I'm eating healthy and exercising (no matter how tiring that was 😂)

Just wanted to say well done to everyone who attempted this work-out. I've played rugby for 7 years and this was up there with one of the most intense workouts i' have done. At least we feel better after completing it! CONGRATS, YOU SMASHED

This exercise video keeps you going nonstop for at least half an hour with a decent warmup and long cooldown. I crushed this workout for another time on Tuesday, 12-12-2023! Awesome job, everyone!
