Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on cardio and getting your heart rate up with endurance and both sides of your body working hard on their own at times to continue to develop balance and stability. We will rock 12 exercises for 3 rounds of 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest. No equipment needed so grab some your jump rope if you have one and let's crush this!

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. Moxie is show stopper! He reminds me of my dog with mask on his face. Cardio is not my favorite type of workout, but I did it and I'm glad I did. We all can use more cardio in our lives. I know I can. See you tomorrow for another excellent workout!

I love that her workouts aren't focused on how you physically look, and more on how you feel. Nothing wrong with aesthetic goals of course, but I'm only 17 and its very pressuring when specific body types are heavily pushed on most youtube workouts. Love you Sydney, cant wait to do this one later! <33

Omg, please have Moxie on stage more! I love ya Sydney, but Moxie makes the tough stuff more bearable - I think I can smile through it better with more Moxie photobombing of the workouts! By the way, I’ve done every one of your daily workouts now for over a year and have shared your channel with numerous people and groups - thanks for what you do in making workouts free, accessible, doable and something to look forward to.

I put my two little kids down to take a nap and showed up to crush it ✌️ for myself, and for my family. It’s good for my mental health, my physical health and I feel so much better when I show up! So glad I did.

Sasha my dog has been my biggest motivator to stay healthy. She supported me through two rounds of radiation and beating cancer. She was at the finish line when I finished my first marathon. After 16 years of brightening our world my husband and I had to say goodbye to her. I knew this morning was going to be hard. Since the pandemic started my routine before work is coffee, take care of Sasha, and then Sydney. I didn’t want to get out of bed this morning knowing that she wasn’t there, but I knew she wouldn’t want me to be sad. So today I chose a random video to do, and when you said mountain climbers and bear crawls I wanted to quit. I did it anyway. When Moxie came on screen it was like a sign from the universe. I couldn’t tell if there was more sweat or tears falling on the mat at that point. It was kismet. Just what I needed to start a tough day. Thank Sydney and the Squad for keeping me motivated. Give Moxie extra pets from me for the cameo this morning it was EVERYTHING.

At the end I was shouting THANK This was My dad came to visit and ran in to where I was working out and said, "Are you ok?" I answered, "It's Sydney's fault!!!!" Love you to pieces!

Years ago I used to do hiit 3 times a week...since then I have changed my style...I love some cardio but now my fav workout is strength training...love yo mix it up...
Voting for Moxy to make guest appearances more often...

I did not sleep well, my body aches and I need a trip to the chiropractor, and I wasn’t feeling this workout at all. But I pushed where I could.

I love pups! They always want to work out with you! Lol even if they just sit there and stare at you! We crushed it! I am proud of my lunges at the end! They were much more stable! Grateful for my abilities, for us, and Sydney/Dustin!!

Before Sydney Cumming, my first haste when I got home was to put on a comfy outfit and slump down on my couch, but now I just lookk forward, to put on my workout clothes and start the day's workout immediately no matter who my day was.
