Pre exhaustion training is a training method that helps you connect with the target muscle.

Start by choosing an isolation exercise before moving into a compound movement for the targeted muscle.

For example here I am doin tricep pull downs for one set then moving onto weighted dips. I prefer to rest in between for 90 seconds too 2 minutes and then do the sets back to back.

However there are different styles of doing this form of training. Give it a go 💪🏼
