Srikanth bhai, oil less, fatless cooking may sound aesthetically, and calorifically pleasing, but some amount of oil/fat is absolutely essential, for absorption of fat soluble vitamins, like A, D, E, and K, from the gut.

Hi Srikant Singh @Happy Bellyfish, can you please tell how to cook soya chunks? I boil them in water with salt and sugar, and put them in cool water and squeeze out water from them to remove rancid smell. But after that, If i put them in gravy, they are not absorbing the gravy well, they are absorbing only somewhat, and they are becoming hard! I want them to be soft like paneer, Any tips? Thanks in advance..
