Here are four exercises that we'll take a look at so that you don't just do the exercises, but you do them right. The goal of these stretches is to open up the body and lengthen. Let's unravel the stiffness we gather throughout the day! A lot of people say they want to increase their mobility and flexibility. If you're one of these people make the commitment today that you're going to focus your energy on these four stretches! Center your breath and focus. Do these 4 stretches from 30 to 60 seconds each twice a day or a few times a week for the best results. Stay loose and stay safe. Beginner stretching exercises and an easy flexibility routine to make you feel right.

Excellent vibe to this channel. Excellent point about focus. I'm very aware of my "addiction", if I'm not working at the computer I always want a podcast or video playing. I've wasted entire stretching sessions just trying to find what video I want to watch.

5:50 slowing down your brain/mind is really the key in achieving more. Become uni-tasking! mindful talisman. Taichi like practice/ movements help with that.
