Have had 2 babies and never started to really work on my DR until about 4-5 months ago. I’ve used this video 3-5x a week for the last several Months and today I was declared “healed of diastasis recti” love her love this video ❤️

Fantastic! Thank you very much, Ashley and Glow Body PT, LLC for posting this! I feel my core on fire which is what I was looking for. Amongst all core/ab workouts on youtube that feature diastasis recti safe routines, this is the best one as it keeps your heart rate increased (cardio) and is excellently timed!

I have this condition after 3 kids and I cannot get over how much I love this ab routine! It’s the first Diastasis recti routine that didn’t feel like a DR routine! I would do this even if I didn’t have it. I’ve been telling all my friends about this one especially.

Was wanting a change from my usual robotic 8mins abs workout (as much as I love it).... But I thoroughly enjoyed this!! Tough but over quick at the same time! Loved it x

This was the first workout I’ve done postpartum and for real I felt result immediately. I was terrified to learn I had DR but after doing this workout (literally one time!) I’m no longer worried and I know I can fix my DR quickly. I also love that this isn’t super painful. I could probably do two sets of this whole workout after I am completely closed up just to maintain my lower abdomen! Love it!
