Been doing that for years.
One day I “pinched my shoulder blades together” as far as I could and [[[crack]]]… …..it felt phenomenal! 😯🤤🙂 Do it every once in a while now.

I did this and I literally passed out. That was the scariest thing of my life oh my god. I literally just stood up and woke up on the floor and almost started crying.

For ppl who really wanna crack your back- just buy a hard foam roller. Feels amazing. I honestly don’t know how ppl function without using one of those multiple times a day. My back cracks all the time on it. And my legs.

This didn't work for me but it was fun to try! Personally I put my hands behind my back and try to have my shoulder blades touch and it cracks amazingly. Especially during school. I even put my thumbs as high up as I can go on my back and press my hands as hard as I can to pop my spine. That also works along with leaning back against a school or a hard chair to help crack the upper part of the back.
