Teach How To Serve A Volleyball | Volleyball Overhand Serving Progressions

I like to take my players through these overhand serve progressions to identify what is wrong with their serve, as well as teach how to serve a volleyball overhand correctly!

I use three easy steps:

1) Toss and Drop
2) Toss and Trap
3) Toss and Serve

This is great for players to read too, so go ahead and send it to them if they want to practice volleyball at home!
