1. Bent leg sit
2. Single leg tuck

Also i recommend if you have tight hamstrings to stretch them so you can at least touch the floor without bending your knees, will make it easier when doing L-sit on floor and makes it look cleaner. Just my opinion and experience

Max, your hips are below the level of the bars here.

You need to depress your scapulae more to raise them up higher. You only got away with it here because you're on the parallel bars and they're allowing you to get lazy with scapular depression.

That's why it's good to practice L-sits on the the floor, because the floor is absolutely unforgiving in this regard - if you don't depress your scapulae, your butt doesn't come off the floor.
