You are clearly a strong guy - I guess you know that this is not a muscle up as it primarily uses momentum. It’s a kipping move. Why CrossFit tires to call these MUs is a bit of an own goal as anyone who knows muscle ups will call this out. It’s a good kipping hip to bar swing. It uses momentum over strength. Gymnasts do something very similar - the glide kip. But they call it what it is. A kip. A muscle up should have little or no kip and hips stay below shoulders. A momentum muscle up is a good progression towards a muscle up - but it is not a muscle up - simply a progression. I suspect you know this and can already do a proper muscle up - post a vid on that and explain the differences.
