Thank you soo much. I was training the muscle up for months and was very close. I watched your video yesterday and suddently it clicked in my mind. Today I tried it and did a muscle up first try. THANKS!!!!

Don't forget to get a strong core by doing leg raises and holding your legs straight up. It helps

Are ''weighted'' pullups recommended? I hear and read different things and answers on the internet and Instagram.
And if they are something that can help, where can I put weighted pullups into a (weekly) routine? On seperate days or before bodyweight pullups on the same day?

I did a muscle up a while back, nearly tore my tricep ligament. I am a big guy, I guess training the mechanics and muscles involved ( using bands) will help you achieve this awesome exercise.
