Plz if any mistake in my workout plan plz inform me.
Here is NY workouts plan
Monday:
Chest and triceps
4 to 6 sets with moderate and straight weights.
Tuesday:
Back and Biceps
4 to 6 sets with straight weight.
Wednesday:
Shoulders and abs
4 to 6 sets with straight weights.
Thursday:
Chest and triceps
4 to 6 sets with straight weights and different workouts.
Friday:
Back and Biceps
Different workouts and 4 to 6 sets with straight weights
Saturday:
Shoulders and legs or abs
4 to 6 sets with straight weights
Sunday: off
Every sets has 12 reps and weights are change every 2 weeks.

Although I agree with most of the stuff that you just mentioned, its not necessary for you to follow the same sequence that you just mentioned. You can work a major muscle, along with 1 or 2 secondary muscle groups, until you design a basic discipline, you can always follow, legs, chest, back, shoulders and arms. Else you can even follow a simple, push, pull, legs until you start getting to the advanced training of figuring out weakest muscle group and training them first and multiple times in a week. Nevertheless, I do find some of your approach and content very informative. Thanks and keep going. 💪

You will hit all part twice a week + a off day.

Google and Chose which suits you best depending on amount of days you can train and how advanced you are.

Stick to one program to truly understand whether it works for you before juggling a lot of things at once.

Why is structured program important?
Because it leads to maximum muscle gain? No.
Because it makes tracking progress a bit easier and you don't have to think about recovery every-time you start working out.
