Gm jo i did most of your 3 mile workouts for two weeks. I don’t have a scale so I couldn’t weigh myself! 😕 but!! The pictures speak for themselves!! I see A MAJOR DIFFERENCE of my body. I never would’ve thought I would do 40mins+ workout but here I am, kicking ass!! Thank you Jo! You are the first YouTuber that have workouts that help my mental health. You are women superhero!!! ( My results are on my channel)

Not gonna lie, I was a lil intimidated to try a 60min workout but the time FLEW by! Can’t believe how much fun this one was! The mix of Pilates, cardio and core made for the perfect balanced workout too, it would be so amazing to see more of this format 🙏😍 Thank you Jo for making moving your body such a joy and for bringing your beautiful positive energy into the world!

Wow, such a cozy workout. Innovative fusion workout concept, one feels strong but also calm and relaxed at the same time! The scenery, plants, lighting, and music selections create such a feel good workout atmosphere. Really liked the music in the core segment of the workout. Diane in Denmark here on YouTube mentioned as one of her four self-care assignments for this week on her Friday video to find new music, so this workout helped with another self-care goal! I've been doing your videos for 6 weeks but only became consistent for the last couple. Thank you for the constant encouragement and for meeting us where we are. I have seen a significant improvement in form and stamina in just the last 2 weeks and I feel more toned and strong. This was my favourite video of all. Those 60 minutes just whizzed by. So grateful to you for creating this content. May God protect you and preserve you. All praise is for God.

I have been following you since the pandemic and you never fail me. I'm 60 plus with an arthritic knee and I thank God my muscles I lost in my 50's is coming back. I'm not ready to do floor exercise yet but I keep going but standing, anyway I still got in about 5000 steps at 4:30 this morning now I can take on the day after I do your gospel one. Have a great day guys.

Girl!! I’m quite sure I’ve just found my new favourite home workout! This was so much fun! Loved the mix of styles as it kept me excited to see what was next (aka motivated to continue!) and because it really left me feeling like I’ve targeted everything. Strength, cardio, balance, coordination and mind-muscle connection. Being able to do it all at once has been my dream workout for ages and I’ve finally found it! My goal right now is to build consistency, and oh this one will keep me coming back! To everyone reading this comment, you’re amazing for doing this workout and I believe in you, you will reach your own goals!

Hi from Quebec! I love this chanel. I'm down 32 pounds since last july. Im in a binge recovery, I take it slow to make sure i heal everything proprely in my head and for good this time. I really enjoy working out with Jo. I have fun doing it and be alone at home. I can't believe how far I came from, i'm more flexible, stronger and I have a really good endurance now. I still have a long way to go, but I can say that i'm really proud of myself. Thank you Jo for helping me building my confident back :)
